The Glanza G MT is only available with the 90hp, 1.2- litre K12N engine and mild-hybrid system, whilst the V MT is only available with the 83hp, 1.2-litre K12M engine and no mild-hybrid system. Both the Glanza and the Baleno come with a 5-speed manual and a 7-step CVT powertrain

The infotainment system in the Toyota Glanza has been renamed ‘Smart Playcast,’ but it’s essentially the same as the SmartPlay Studio unit in the Baleno. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available.
While the V MT, G MT, and CVT models are identical to their Baleno counterparts, the Glanza G MT is roughly Rs 65,000 cheaper than the Baleno Zeta Smart Hybrid on which it is based. The G MT is substantially less expensive than the Zeta Smart Hybrid, and the G MT has the same features as the Zeta Smart Hybrid.
The Glanza’s longer standard warranty is a notable distinction. As with other Toyota vehicles in India, the Toyota Glanza comes with a standard 3-year/ 1,00,000km warranty. In comparison, the Baleno comes with a basic 2-year/40,000km warranty. In this regard, the Glanza appears to be a better deal than the Baleno, especially considering that Toyota includes a more complete warranty at no additional cost.
